HEATING INSTRUCTIONS?

Most people heat their meals in a microwave for approximately 2 minutes. However, our meals can also be reheated in a skillet or in the oven once removed from packaging.

HOW DOES YOUR MENU WORK?

We have our STAPLE meals listed at the top, and our rotating meals listed at the bottom of each menu. We offer a large range of different recipes in our rotating meals so you don’t have to eat the same thing every week! All orders must be placed by MIDNIGHT on Thursday’s.

FOOD ALLERGY?

We post the major allergens (milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soy beans) for each recipe. We conduct safe food-handling procedures to avoid cross-contamination. However, due to the nature of high-volume meals, we cannot guarantee trace allergens will not be present.

DO WE still offer pick-up service?

No, deliveries ONLY! We made this switch for YOU. We want to make this service as easy and convenient as possible.

 

WHAT IF I MADE AN ERROR TO MY ORDER?

Errors are minimal, but if you do experience an issue with your order, please call/text us at (704) 726-5994 or e-mail us at info@maxfitandnutrition.net and we will be glad to assist!

Will I be locked into a contract?

No, we are not a subscription service. You can login to your account any time between Monday-Thursday to place your order. We will send out weekly emails to notify you of the cut off time.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY RECIPES?

No, due to the volume of orders we are unable to make customization’s to each meal as they are prepared in bulk.

EVERYONE! We have clients that are looking to build muscle, eat healthier, feel better, loose weight and who are just looking to save money from the hassle of cooking or going out to eat.

Our meals are properly weighed and designed with fresh ingredients, low calories (everything is 500 calories or less), and high protein, making it easy to fit into your lifestyle regardless of your goals.
